Delaware property tax appeals

Appeal Season is live across Florida and expanding to high-tax counties. We are not live in Delaware yet, so we cannot check an assessment here today. Tell us where you are and we will email you the day we cover your county, and nothing else.

In Delaware, each of the three counties runs its own Board of Assessment Review, which hears annual assessment appeals. Filing windows fall in the winter and spring and differ by county, and all three counties recently completed court ordered reassessments. Each county publishes its own schedule and filing rules.
